Last night, Nat and I and a couple girlfriends tried out St. Honore Boulangerie’s new cider cocktail menu at their SE Division location. While nibbling on Apple Cider Macarons, we sampled some refreshing cider cocktails and caught up with St. Honore Boulangerie Owner and Master Baker, Dominique Geulin (who has the best French accent).
Geulin’s passion for cider was evident and the cocktails were fresh, light and delicious! For those not familiar with St. Honore, get to one of their three locations ASAP. When the weather is nice, you can find me at the Lake Oswego Farmer’s Market enjoying one of their poached egg sandwiches. So messy, but so worth it.
