crisp

TWELFTH AVENUE TWELFTH AVENUEJacket: Truth & Pride (similar). Blouse: Bellatrix. Jeans: J Brand. Flats: Chinese Laundry. Bag: A.P.C. (different color). Necklace: Gorjana. Sunnies: Ralph Lauren.

Portland has been so crisp since I got back from Maui. Crisp air in the morning, crisp leaves under my feet. It’s a luxury, really, this crispness. In a city famous for rain, it feels good to be dry.

(Side note: I can’t say the word “crisp” without thinking of poor Ben and Cam and their failure of a denim line in How to Make It in America. Remember that god awful pair of sample jeans they had made? Why, HBO, WHY did you have to cancel my guilty pleasure TV show after only two seasons?! Between Kid Cudi’s flawless brand of cool and Lake Bell’s flawless breasts, I just don’t see how they couldn’t make it work.)
