I read a lot of blogs. Lifestyle blogs, fashion blogs, food blogs, celebrity gossip blogs, travel blogs, I can’t get enough. One of my favorite daily reads of late is Tuva Malmo, which is written by a super fit and stylish Swedish blogger who takes photos of her delicious looking breakfasts, among other things. Her morning yogurt bowls look so good, in fact, that I’ve started to make a version of them myself. They’re a tasty, nutritious start to my day, and easily adaptable to your tastes.
Greek yogurt (or other yogurt/pudding)
Raspberries (or any fruit, really)
Muesli (substitute granola, etc. if you prefer)
Chia seeds (optional)
Muddle your fruit in the bottom of a small dish or bowl. Top with a scoop of Greek yogurt, a small handful of Muesli, a sprinkling of cinnamon (I like a lot of cinnamon) and Chia seeds (optional), and banana slices (I use about a quarter of a large banana). Adjust ingredients and proportions to your liking.
